UptractorRequest a pilotThe Jobfile · Prototype
The Jobfile is a live job record for each contractor: jobs, people, work orders, materials and costs, plus a log of every call, text and email that changed them.
Six drawers · fictional sample rows
One place for work orders, materials, costs and conversations.

Answers come
from the record.
When someone asks the agent a question, it looks the answer up. Dates, quantities and dollar amounts are read out of the Jobfile exactly as stored, never recalled by the model.
A question
Marcus calls: “When is the panel rough-in at Oakline?”
A lookup
The agent uses its one lookup action instead of guessing.
ask_the_job(Oakline, work orders)An answer
“Thursday.” Read straight from the work order row.
The log
Every word
is kept.
Each call, text and email that changes something leaves a line in the event log, with the words that caused it. If a record looks wrong, you can see what was actually said.

Pilot conversations
Keep up with the job without living at your desk.
Uptractor is a prototype. If your jobs live in phone calls, texts and a crowded inbox, we would like to talk through a pilot.
